Do I need an account to purchase a product?
Yes, in order to privately access your product you will need to create an account at LC Ready. View the tutorial.
How do I sign up for an account?
Signing up for an account is easy. View the tutorial.
Click on the link in the confirmation email and you will be logged into your dashboard and can buy your first product or redeem a code.
What if I did not receive my confirmation email?
- Check your Spam or Junk folder
- Go to https://www.lc-ready.com/users/confirmation/new and enter the email address you signed up with to resend your confirmation email.
How do I delete my account?
After logging into LC-Ready, click your name at the top of the page and choose MY ACCOUNT. Click on the red button CANCEL ACCOUNT button. Read more about canceling your account vs. clearing your app history here.
Where can I find my order history?
After logging into LC Ready, click your name at the top of the page and choose MY ACCOUNT. You will see a link for Order history in the top right hand corner. View more order information.
What is your refund policy?
You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to return an application purchased through LC-Ready for a full refund.
How do I return an app:
- Go to Contact Us.
- Fill in online form with your information.
- Make sure you state that you are requesting a refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days.
How do I redeem a product code?
If you received a product code from your instructor or bundled with your textbook, it is simple to redeem by clicking the REDEEM tab on your user dashboard. You only need to enter your code one time - your product will remain in your account for future logins. View the tutorial.
My instructor gave me a code where do I join the class?
Your instructor may have shared a course code with you to enroll in their LC-Ready course. It is simple to redeem by clicking the REDEEM tab on your user dashboard. You only need to enter your code one time – you will remain enrolled in your instructor’s course for future logins. View the tutorial.
Note: You must already have purchased the app or redeemed your product code in order to successfully redeem a course code.
I have a discount code- where do I enter it?
Enter a discount code on the checkout page after adding the product to your cart. Discount codes cannot be used on bundles.
Note: after 24 hours all sales will be final.
I just finished a whole section and my history shows 0% completed - What happened?
Once you choose your answer from the possible multiple-choice options you must click "submit answer" button before clicking on the "next" button.

LC-Ready supports current and previous versions of all browsers with some reasonable amount of market share, but not beta or development versions.

If I purchase a web app can I use it on my phone?
Products purchased through LC Ready may be used on any web-enabled device: computers, tablets or phones via mobile web styling. You can study at the station while waiting for calls--or on your phones before class. All activity tracks seamlessly--pick up where you left off in your last session.
To access the web apps via your phone you have 2 choices:
- Access https://LC-ready.com with your mobile browser. The site is mobile optimized so that the site fits your screen like it is an app.
- Download the free LC-Ready app at iTunes or Google Play (depending on your phone) and login with your LC-Ready account.
If I already purchased an app from iTunes or the Android markets for my smartphone can I also use it on LC Ready?
Yes, you can do this by creating an LC-Ready account and logging in on your mobile app. All of your history will sync across devices and platforms when using your LC-Ready account. View the tutorial.
I am instructor, how do I set up a course for my students?

Can I purchase a bundle or create my own bundle of apps?
Yes, we offer the ability to bundle apps. Please call us at 207.482.0622 opt 2 and we can create a custom bundle for your class.

How can I obtain a discount for my students?

I have purchased a course- now where do I find it?
Once we have set up a course for you or you have purchased it on your own, your course will now appear on your dashboard in the "MY COURSES" tab. View the tutorial.
I have unused license codes, what are my options?
LC-Ready codes never expire. To receive credit for non distributed codes, you must return the codes within 60 days. We are unable to offer credit for unused codes that have been distributed.
Can I change the name of my course?
In the MY COURSES tab, click on the green EDIT button under the course you want to change. Edit the name on the next screen. View the tutorial.
Can I add other instructors to my course?
In the MY COURSES tab, click on the green EDIT button under the course you want to change. You can add instructors by entering the email addresses of additional course instructors separated by a comma. Instructors will need an account before they can be added. View the tutorial.
Where do I find the codes to give out to my students to redeem?
In the MY COURSES tab on your dashboard, click on the REGISTRATION button under the course. Click on the PRODUCT CODE tab and you will see all the codes available for the course. You can download the codes using the download link. View the tutorial.
Note: Product codes are unique and can only be used 1 time. Please distribute only 1 code per student.
How do I know if a code has been redeemed?
In the MY COURSES tab on your dashboard, click on the REGISTRATION button under the course. Click on the PRODUCT CODE tab and you will see all the codes that have been redeemed, who redeemed them and when. Codes with no names next them have not been redeemed. View the tutorial.
How do my students redeem their codes?
Students must first create an LC-Ready account and then input their code at the REDEEM tab on their dashboard. View the tutorial.
How do I see my student's progress?
To see your students' progress, go to your dashboard and click on the blue SHOW link at the upper right hand corner of the course you want to look at. You will be able to view your individual students' progress and history. View the tutorial.
I created an account as a member but now would like to be an instructor. Do I need to create a separate account?
No need to create another account unless you want to! Use the Contact Us form to request the change.
