Limmer Creative, a leading provider of mobile apps for Emergency Medical Services and allied health professions, announced a 76% increase in units sold and a 77% increase in sales revenue from 2011 to 2012.
"We are very pleased with our growth," notes Limmer Creative CEO Stephanie Limmer. "This has come from an aggressive plan to introduce more apps and expand to additional platforms and markets."
Sales increases in Limmer Creative's signature product, EMT Review Plus accounted for the greatest increase in both units sold and revenue. Allied health crossover products 12-lead ECG Challenge, ACLS Review and PALS Review also showed strong growth.
"The quality of our apps has been the best selling point and continues to drive our growth" said Limmer Creative founder Dan Limmer, "People have come to trust our brand."
During 2012 Limmer Creative redesigned and focused their web presence through the LC-Ready.com re-branding and expanded to Amazon's Kindle platform for all of its apps. A strategic partnership was formed with industry web leader EMS1.com to produce two free NREMT test prep apps furthering Limmer Creative's reach into the market.
In an effort to give back to the EMS profession, Limmer Creative published the EMS History app in March, 2012 to benefit the National EMS Museum. All proceeds made from the app are sent directly to the National EMS Museum Foundation.
Noting that although they are a relatively new start-up with only 30 months in business, Limmer believes the potential for growth in 2013 and beyond is strong. "We will continue to produce new and innovative solutions for education in 2013 utilizing apps, evolving technologies and additional strategic partnerships."
